He'll learn about your business, your strategy and target demographic to ensure all connection points are aligned.
Once assessed, you'll receive an Iain Duguid Statement of Advice containing details on what your business is doing well and what it's doing poorly. That's not all!
Your Statement of Advice contains suggested improvements, what to stop doing, and other elements that you might not have considered.
